CTD 430 (Section 55A) - Rhino I

This first course will cover 2-D digital drawing/drafting.  Class exercises will include mostly jewelry related material.

This course is taught on the PC.  It is advised that you have a PC version of Rhino to work on for home study and homework.

Note:  Satisfactory, on-time submissions of 3 homework assignments are required  as a prerequisite to taking Rhino II.

Rhino II

Prerequisite:  completion of assigned homework for CTC-430 (Rhino I).

This course will build on Rhino modeling fundamentals. We will get into 3-D surface and solid modeling fundamentals. Class exercises will include mostly jewelry related material. 

This course is taught on the PC.  It is advised that you have a PC version of Rhino to work on for home study and homework.

Note:  Satisfactory, on-time submissions of 3 homework assignments are required for a passing grade in this course.

Rhino III

Prerequisite:  completion of assigned homework for CTC-431 (Rhino II).

In this course we will continue to focus on the creation of 3-D surfaces and solids. Students will continue to learn the creation, manipulation and editing of 3-D objects for the making of 3-D models. Class exercises will include mostly jewelry related material.
